By adding the Bot to your server or interacting with its features, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). Please read them carefully.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Bot and remove it from your Discord server.2. Description of Service
Columbina is a Discord-based application providing entertainment features, including but not limited to:
- A virtual economy system (coins, banking).
- Cosmetic item management (wardrobe, pets, badges).
- Seasonal events and mini-games.
- Community interaction tools.The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.3. User Conduct
When interacting with the Bot, you agree not to:
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in the virtual economy.
- Use the Bot for any illegal activities or to violate Discord's Terms of Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Bot's operation.
- Use automated scripts (macros/bots) to interact with the Bot's economy features.
- Harass, abuse, or engage in toxic behavior toward other users through Bot features.4. Virtual Currency and Items
- No Real-World Value: All currency (Coins, Sea Shells, etc.) and items (Pets, Badges, Cosmetics) are strictly virtual. They have zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the Bot's ecosystem.
- Ownership: Users do not "own" the virtual items in a legal sense. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets within the Bot.
- Wiping/Resets: We reserve the right to reset economy data, balances, or inventories for balancing purposes, bug fixes, or major project updates.5. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Bot collects minimal data (User IDs, Server IDs, and interaction data) solely to provide its features. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.6. Limitation of Liability
The developers of Columbina shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of virtual items or currency due to bugs, server downtime, or database errors.
- Any server-side issues resulting from the Bot's presence.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.7. Termination
We reserve the right to block individual users or entire servers from using the Bot at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these terms.8. Changes to Terms
